Today is Jakob’s birthday party. A week of running around, planning, shopping, cleaning, baking and stressing has nearly come to an end. It was fun…but I’m so glad birthdays come only once a year! (Although I did learn how to decorate a cake with fondant…photos coming after the party). A few more hours and I can finally get some rest. I’m drooling just thinking about my pillow!

Wow, he is so big! It’s so funny to see such a big baby, since we are used to our tiny little girl. He’s a real cutie!
I hope the party is a huge success! (Oohh, I’ve always wanted to know how to work with fondant)
